Architectural Communications

This course instructs students on how to compose and edit individual architectural representations. Presentations and workshops by the course instructor(s) assist students in critically seeing and editing their design work. The course delivers technical knowledge on managing file sizes, the appropriate use of software, and developing techniques that best express individual graphic and design work. Assignments use the Photo Lab and school facilities to explore photography and other multi-media software. The final product of the course is a rigorous design portfolio that communicates effectively. PREREQ: None (lec, labs), cr 3 (in Design stream).
